Our wine classes meet every Wednesday evening in the cheese shop at 7 pm & are designed to introduce you to wines, regions, and producers, as well as give you some basic wine knowledge to help you be a savvy wine shopper and to pair wines with appropriate foods.

Following the discussion of trends in our domestic wine market, we will have a short series of varietal tasting classes. As always, classes include some light snacks that ideally pair well with our wine selections and a complimentary tasting of four wines.

Feb 15: Cabernet Sauvignon
Feb 22: Sauvignon Blanc
Feb 29: Grenache & Rhône Blends
March 7: Chardonnay
March 21: Cabernet Franc
March 28: Pinot Noir

Classes are $40 each, but sign up for all 6 & receive a Gift Certificate for NWC & LPG for $30

We are going to hone our palates & tasting skills!

Classes are $40 - Includes instructional information about wine tasting, regions, wine makers, varietals & much more, and four wines paired with light hors d’oeuvres & cheeses. Classes run from 7 - 8 pm.

Classes have been selling out each week, so reservations are highly recommended.
