My dear friend and wine maker, Nicole Abiouness, is kind enough to come to the east coast to meet customers, talk wine, and share a meal with you (and, maybe I can get her to wear a wig for Halloween!).
Nicole has made wine in Burgundy and in California for many well known labels, and several years ago courageously ventured out on her own. She makes beautiful California pinots that are compelling and delicious, as well as some fantastic and surprising roses and whites. Working with the local farms and the wine maker, I will come up with a menu that will highlight her wines—rose, white, and red, and we will enjoy a meal, sample her wines & talk about the current harvest here on the island and out in California.
