Mark Leandro returns with a stunning menu that highlights the beautiful bounty of early spring: fish, veggies, cheeses that all scream for rosé.  It is that time of year, lovely pink wines from France and the US begin to trickle in, and this meal is a celebration of the release of my favorite wines!
