For this class you will learn how to disassemble a chicken and prepare a simple and satisfying classic Beaujolais stew of chicken and vegetables and we will talk about Cru Beaujolais and the beauty of Gamay. This is a classic French pairing and makes for a great dinner party with friends—simple country style cooking with an elegant presentation.
