Holloran Wine Dinner
In keeping with our efforts to provide not only great wines and delicious foods, but also access to information about the products we support, we are rolling out a series of wine dinners this year that provide the opportunity to meet the producers. Each event will focus on seasonal local produce and products in harmony with the wines of a particular winemaker. To kick this series off, we are welcoming Tim Holloran of Holloran Vineyards!
When Tim talks about his vineyards and the vinification of his wines, his eyes light up, his passion is palpable, and his enthusiasm for wine contagious. We are thrilled to welcome him to come to the table and share this meal with you while he imparts the narrative of his wine journey.
I have created a menu with local spring fare that will highlight Tim’s wines, and I am thrilled to cook for you!
