COOKBOOK CLUB IS BACK!
And the 2019 line up is filled with some really wonderful books and recipes. Every third Thursday, we will gather at the gourmet and make a handful of recipes from that month’s book (yes, we will make sure there are vegetarian choices!). We will test out the book’s layout, design, and content, in terms of how easy it is to follow and how successful one is likely to be in making the recipe. We will snack on what we make and even discuss the ideal wine pairing to go along with the meal.
Complimentary wine tasting.
Each class takes approximately 2 hours, we will sip and sample & is only $35 plus tax, (plus the cost of the book*).
*cookbooks will be an additional charge (approx $35-$50 ea)
