Come spend a delicious afternoon learning about, eating and drinking Italian wines and cheeses! During this class, we’ll taste multiple cheeses from all around Italy, and learn how to talk about wine & cheese in the Italian language.

We’ll learn about why certain wine and food pairings work with certain cheeses, as well as some interesting Italian cheese history.
